23rd Le French May has Everything for Everyone

The Press Conference of Le French May 2015 was hosted on 18 March 2015 (Wed) at Felix of the Peninsula Hong Kong by Mr. Arnaud Barthelemy, Consul General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, and Dr. Andrew Yuen, Chairman of the Board of Le French May, with the presence of officiating guests Ms. Florence Hui, SBS, JP, Under Secretary for Home Affairs of the Hong Kong SAR, Mr. Michael T.H. Lee, JP, Steward of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, and the Le French May 2015 Ambassador Ms. Karena Lam.

Established in 1993, Le French May is one of the largest cultural events in Asia. With more than 120 programmes presented across two months, it has become an iconic part of Hong Kong’s cultural scene that attracts approximately 2 million visitors each year. This year’s festival is supported by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust contirbuting HK$9.2 million as the major partner. The objectives of Le French May are to touch everything, to be everywhere, and for everyone, and showcase the most diversified art forms: from heritage and contemporary arts, paintings and design, to classical music and hip-hop dance, cinema, and gastronomy.
