Winners of the AustCham Westpac Australia China Business Awards are announced at a gala dinner in rotating cities across Greater China each year, with Hong Kong being this year’s host.

This gave Consul General Paul Tighe a chance to host his boss, the ambassador to Beijing, Her Excellency Frances Adamson. Chief Executive CY Leung also came out to speak and honour the recipients.
Local winners included MadePartners, a “provider of procurement, project management, auditing and quality inspection services of manufactured industrial products sourced from China.” And an HT subscriber! They won the “Business Excellence Award for Start-up Enterprises sponsored by CPA Australia”. Good on ya, mates!
