Some of the Hong Kong’s best young artists will be travelling with HKGNA’s visually impaired pianists to New York for the Young Virtuoso Concert at the Carnegie Hall. US Consul General Clifford Hart held a reception at his residence and enjoyed a piano performance played by the founder and artistic director of HKGNA, Michelle Kim and Lee Shing, a visually impaired pianist.
Hong Kong Generation Next Arts (HKGNA) is a charity founded in 2009 to inspire and nurture young artists. HKGNA Music Competition winner, pianist Yue Zhang (also one of the best young artist from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts), and Lee Shing, a visually impaired pianist from HKGNA will be playing at the Concert next month.
